  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Click on the “Request Return” or “Request Exchange” button.
  4. Fill out the required details and submit your request.
  5. You will receive further instructions, including the return address (if applicable) and any required return labels.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Refunds

A. Refund Eligibility Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from the product description.
  • If the return is made according to the return policy and within the time frame provided.

B. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved:

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital content

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to process the claim. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

6. Shipping Costs
